Happy Valentine's Day!

Hello all my lovely readers and happy Valentine's Day to you all!

Last Saturday I had amazing time in our school studio with two lovely ladies as my models,

I wanted to have a Valentine's themed photoshoot with two models, so as Valpuri has already modeled for me couple of times I decided to ask her to this one too! And then I also got lovely Emmi to model and oh, I was really happy! :3

We got some pretty nice shots, so I think I'm going to make another photoset too..

Heirloom

Time to show you what I came up with our school assignment!

I actually haven't talked about this here yet, so here's some facts:

We had to choose one product to shoot in our school studio and there was 3 photos that we had to make:

1. a photo of the product as it is

2. in usage

3 and in some kind of space

Also, I ended up on choosing a product that is really special to me.

I chose this ring, that I got from my grandmother as I turner 18 y-o..

She herself has gotten this same ring from her mother when she turned 18, so it's something of a heirloom to me.

I love it and it's really precious..

But to the photos!

I enjoyed my time in the studio and am pretty pleased with these.. :)

What I could have done better?

I really like to get better at photographing, so all feedback is welcomed! :)

It's always a good time

Well, I've been in our school studio twice now.. First time we were just playing around and having fun, also we took some photos of each other in a small groups of 3 (me, Mirjam and Ida was one group) and well..

I thought that why not share couple photos here too :)

Also I spent my entire day in the studio yesterday as we have this photography assignment to take photos of a product in the studio, I took those and as Valpuri was modeling for those photos I also took some really quick shots of her without that product :)

In a studio #1

I have to say that I love working in a studio..

And I was so fortunate last year, because I was a student in one art school (Pekka Halosen akatemia) and photography was one of the things that we studied, ofc, we also had studio lessons (how to use different lights, etc.. Basic stuff :D) and after we had gone through all the studio lessons we could use the studio how we wanted and when we wanted! :D It was great! :)

I was pretty stupid, because I used it only couple of times..

But I think that I did get some really neat photos in there~

Both real times that I used the studio (yes, I only used it for 2 times, stupid, stupid me) my models were my friends :) And awesome cosplayers too~ :)

Then I also had another photoshoot in a studio with another cosplayer (as I already mentioned, lol).. :D

She's ninnu-chan and her cosplay is Anarchy Panty, Angel-version (from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt) :)

I still have to go through the photos from this shoot (I'm going through them a second time, because I hated the first retouched ones..)

And this is drom the same shoot, but we got a little carried away and well.. This picture was an accident, but a good one, I think :D I really like it :'D

I've also taken other pictures in a studio of some skulls and other ppl, but I'll add those pictures some other time :D
